1. Grant of Standard License
Upon purchasing a digital asset from Pistatoon, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use the asset in your own animated videos, games, websites, or other creative projects (the “Final Work”).
2. Permitted Uses
You MAY use the assets to create:

Commercial YouTube Content: Monetized videos where the asset is incorporated into a scene.

Educational Videos: Use in courses or tutorials where the asset is a background element or character.

Marketing & Promotional Materials: If the asset is part of a larger, final animated graphic or video.

Modifications: Assets may be modified (re-colored, scaled, cropped) as necessary to fit the Final Work.
3. Prohibited Uses (Strictly Forbidden)
You MAY NOT use the assets to:

Resale or Redistribution: You may not sell, sublicense, transfer, share, or give away the original source files or the asset in isolation.

Asset-Focused Products: You may not create new digital assets or physical goods where the purchased asset is the primary value (e.g., creating a coloring book from the character art).

Branding/Logos: Assets may not be used as the primary element for a trademark, logo, or brand identity.

Offensive Use: Use the assets in content that is unlawful, defamatory, or hateful.
4. Attribution
While no prominent credit is required for assets used in a standard Final Work, attribution is always appreciated. If custom services are utilized, the service agreement will specify any required credit.
